Just heard back from The London Met. Archives, where the records are held for Jacob Moore.
I will have to pay for one of their archivists to research what files they have. They will not let on what records there are.
On his death cert his listed occupation is 'Joiner from Woolwich'. So I am not willing to pay, if there are no viable records offered up front.
So the Woolwich connection may indicate that he is not the Jacob Moore I am looking for.
