Hi Can some one confirm the father of the groom reads as Samuel Farmer and the second witness is Hannah Caswell + can they decipher the Residence at time of marriage for me please. Many many thanks.

Well I found a Bernards Hill, St Mary Magdalen, Bridgnorth and found priscilla at age 15...which was really cool considering I wasn't looking for her! I'm looking for Georges dad Samuel farmer or georges birth cert so I can trace his mum.

What town did they marry in.?

I tried Barretts Hill in all its spellings and no go...but after a certain time of night my glasses stop working

Found a Samuel Farmer b.1821. Ludlow, Shropshire in prison. Occ. Farm Bailiff.

Mother could have remarried. ??

1871 census gives p.o.b as Bishops Castle.

Not much else.

EDIT - Two other children with parents Samuel/Elizabeth
Sarah bap 27/9/1842 Eaton under Heywood
Emma bap 3/6/1849 Stokesay - 3 miles from Wistanstow
these three children are the only ones born to Farmer in 1830 to 1860
