Hello my name is Stephen and I registered with FHUK today. I have been researching my family history for some years but have not previously belonged to a genealogy forum. I am mostly focused on Dakins/Dakyns family research and colonial West Indian history during the 18th and 19th Centuries, specifically where this relates to the islands of St Vincent and Trinidad. Hopefully, my family research to date might prove to hold information helpful to others too.
