Hi everyone.

So, a bit about me. Hmmm...

OK, so I'm an archaeologist and scuba diver (a sort of Indiana Cousteau if you like). I'm also an IT Trainer and eLearning designer (which pays the bills!).

More importantly in this context I'm also a genealogist and I've been researching my family tree since the early 1980s. My family seems to have been quite mobile, giving me research interests across much of the UK (and even across to the Caribbean!).

My current project is an attempt to produce a single tree (or possibly couple of trees) for everyone with one of the more unusual names in my family tree. It's proving to be an interesting challenge! :)

Please have a look around the forums and then post your queries in the most appropriate ones and someone will try to answer them.

Good luck with your research.
