No hope teachers!

The other day I read in the newspaper an article about a second world war chap who was supposed to give a talk to some school children.
Unfortunately he got very upset when the teacher said he was going to talk about world war eleven!!
I assume teachers no longer do roman mumerals!!:2fun:

I heard the same on Radio 4. They were interviewing the last chap surviving from the aircrew that nuked Hiroshima. He said the teacher introduced him as a veteran of World War Eleven. The interviewer said, "So what did you say?" His answer, "what do you think? How do you answer a stupid person?"

World War Eleven. Unfortunately I believe it. A very sad comment on our educational system isn't it not to mention the total lack of teaching of history? One of those things they think can be cut out no doubt.
