On the motion of the Premier, the House
passed to the Orders of the Day, to enable
Mr. Foote to move the second reading
of the Noble Estate Enabling Bill. In his
most impressive manner he narrated the cir-
cumstances under which the late widow Noble
left a small estate to trustees for a Mrs. Niquet
and family, and how it was necessary that the
estate should be sold for the sake of the legatees. ...
The only death for a Mrs Noble close to and before 1885.
