im trying to look for the parents of norman john edward proctor. he was born in 1932. i know his fathers surname is proctor. his mothers surname is barnes.

Hi Nicola,

Trying to find Normans dad without any other info (he may have been born after 1901) is like looking for a needle in a haystack. You really do need to get Normans birth certificate so you can continue with your research.

his fathers name is sidney augustus proctor born 25th august 1895 in norfolk,england. he died 1977 dont know when. he married may barnes in 1925 in peterbroght. sidneys fathers name in joseph j proctor. thats as far as i got so far
