Hi Steve
Can I ask how you find out their home address before deportation and what their crime was re
JAMES AND WILLIAM BUSTIN from GLOUCESTER ASSIZES on ELIZABETH in 1831
Have tried Gloucester web site but can't find anything. Just want to put some meat on the bones!

Thanks
Gwen

Hi

My 3xgreat aunty was tried at the Old Bailey in 1886 for stealing £3 along with a fellow servant.

My ancestor John Auber gave witness info in a trial in 1814.

James and William Bustin.

Hi all

Thanks for the links Steve
It looks like they were from Clifton (There is one in Bristol which I think was Gloucester. Also one in
Oxon. I think it is most likely to be glocester) . It also looks as though James returned and bought No 18 redclffe crecent in 1857
Not sure if they fit in to our family yet, but at least I know about them!

Thanks for your help
Gwen

Oh Bu**er,
I found the records for that, but dismissed them, as I was looking for 1831.

Can't remember where I saw them. Perhaps you have found them.
