Thanks gibbo.

Normally the names in the funeral notice are in sequence. So Norman should be a grandson.

I'm stuck with Ernest William. He is listed as if he is the eldest son.

Thanks gibbo.

For one to be a grandson that means Frederick junior married and had a son or two sons. ??

Ok, if junior married Mary Ellen then Ernest William is listed out of sequence. If Norman is a second son of junior then he is listed correctly.

Can't be the son of junior who was born 1888. If the son of senior then why not listed as a son on Mary's notice?

No death before 1940 for that Norman to not be listed.
