Hi Dave

You may well be right, kept themselves well hidden

Just a passing thought, did James die early? You don't mention him in your post.

Hello Geoff,

I'm not sure where the authors of the various trees get the info because I can't find any of those parishes on-line. Only way would be via someone with access to the parish records.

James, brother of Harriett ?

NSW Death 1683/1903 OLIVER JAMES - WILLIAM - NAOMI - GOULBURN

Not in Ryerson Index so no age at death.

Regards,

Dave

Hi Dave

I know, having been caught short with a couple of trees meself lately redf)

James was only 11 mo. on the arrival details, I was hoping there may be something via him.... I know from 1837, Beckley/Peasmarsh came under the RYE reg. dist.

Hello Geoff,

Ok, I should do a bit more on James. :) It's Harriett who is connected to my tree by marriage to FURNER. All 7 parishes I want in E Sussex for several families have no OPC yet.

Yes, I did check Beckley and found nothing. All I can do is send an email to the Beckley OPC.

Regards,

Dave
