thought you had gone to bed Steve:p

Nah, the Internet went down and I had to close the PC down and reboot. And good job the window was shut, as the PC might have needed wings.

I also had a bit of reading to do, but I'll do that tomorrow.

Back to the shopping. You've missed the really. really important stuff.

BREAD. How many choices are there. 1000's.  And then all the diferent butters and marjorines and the like.

bread has all the crap in it as well. i was reading somewhere that for any of it to be of any use to a person one would have to eat a loaf a day, so the bit they put in there isnt of much use.
love proper butter!! not big on the margarines.

year's ago when my hair was black I worked in one of the places that made margarine when it first came on the market it was as black as my hair and the consistency of motor grease which is why it has artificial colouring in it they did not think anyone would put black grease on there bread.

Apparently they use caustic soda to give it a clear appearance, and then take out the caustic soda through some process or other.
Just read whats on the packet. Pure butter for me.

We have them here to my son got me to go once never again.
we have found it better for us and often cheaper to get Chinese.
there is also a very good noodle shop with everything number 1 to 50 walk in No4 and 21 finished and cheaper than Mc***.
