overseas death

Hi all

i have an uncle who died in Canada but was buried in Dover,Kent but i cant seem to find any death certificate i looked in the FROC when i was up in London i checked in the overseas section and even emailed the local council who look after the cemetery where he is buried but they say they have no more information of were he actually died. this evnt was in 1959.
any body have any thoughts?
