Help!!!

I am looking to find employee records from the late 50's - 60's from Watney's Brewery in London. Has anybody got any ideas where i could find out if anyone has this type of information.

there are some records held at the national archive http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/a2a/records.aspx?cat=074-acc2979&cid=0#0
some are held by westminster city council http://www.westminster.gov.uk/services/libraries/archives/indexes/guide/guide21/o-z/

not sure if these contain employee records, but worth a look.

would brewery workers have been unionised? if so there may be union records somewhere of your ancestor too.
