hello all, can any-body find a WILLIAM ELP born i believe in ryton on dunsmore warwickshire about 1740,also did he have a son named WILLIAM ELPS any information i would be grateful of, cheers bob

The dates that you have given and the information are way before the Indexes started in 1837.
The only way to find out is to search the parish records, or employ a researcher to do it for you. There are very few records of that age on the Internet
