(next of kin uncle William James SILVA) of Parsley rd, Parsley Bay, via Watson's Bay.

He has no uncles named William. His father is William James SILVA but his children have birth reg with SILVIA.

If he didn't marry then that's a possible explanation for the father and mother to be wrong on his death certificate.

I agree the middle initial N may be an error. Considering the marriage I found it looks as though that death in 1962 is not hers.

There are two things against it being her in that marriage to WESTLAKE.

Birth # 1246/1886 SILVA ELIZABETH M JOSEPH J CATHERINE S SYDNEY

Birth # 1613/1889 SILVA ISABEL N JOSEPH J CATHERINE SYDNEY

She is not the youngest daughter. Isabel has a sister 3 years older, Elizabeth Maud. Also, I'm not sure if Alexandria is correct but perhaps a 1913 E/R for Joseph will determine that.
