BELL v BELL.
Mr. A. G. Young appeared for the petitioner Gradys May Bell (formerly Hagon), who sued for a dissolution of her marriage with Edward William Braidwood
Bell, on the ground of respondent's misconduct with a woman named Isobell
Westlake. The parties were married in June, 1906, at Redfern, according to the rites of the Roman Catholic Church. His Honor, on the evidence, found the issues proved in favour of petitioner, and granted a decree nisi, returnable in six months.
Will send CABBAN e/r's shortly.
