Has anyone put side notes on their tree with any medical conditions that a person has got?

Im thinking of adding some with the serious conditions that someone may have had, hoping it might be of some help to future generations. Such as my grandmother had Factor V Leiden as does my mother and some of her siblings. This condition is inherited. Me and my siblings have been tested and we are fine but one of my nephews has it. Could be handy that if it misses a couple of generations, they may not be aware its in the family, were as if its noted somewhere they are aware of it. Im just doing the direct line and no harm done if it useless to future generations.
Can just see them now when the doctor asks for the medical history in the family and they pull out a mile long family tree

My great grandfather died in 1950 of a carcinoma of the stomach and chronic leukemia. He worked as a boot repairer and the photo I seen of him he had a fag in his hand.

Another 2xgreat grandfather died of stomach cancer in 1927.

Well im going to add the Factor V next to those who have it and im also going to note the couple of things i have due to they might ? be inherited. Wish i knew more about my father's side but we only have a theory on who his father is so anything i can add to the tree from here on in may be of some help later to my family.
