I presume that you order it in a different place than ordinary BC, therefore you should not need the regiment no. I am going from memory when I ordered a Death at Sea, and used a different form
Hi Steve,
In the past when I have looked up Regimental BMD's a quarter is not usually given - just the year (or block of years in some cases) the volume and the page numbers.
I suppose the only other way to order it would be by telephone, then you could explain what you have. I have never ordered a certificate for a Regimental BMD but I remeber reading somewhere that the form is different to the one used for civile BMD's

Hi Maddie,
I cannot order it online without all the info, so I'll have to phone. I just hope I get to speak to someone in person.
This entry was given to me. I don't know what FMP is.

HO/107 refers to the 1851 census. The only way I know to search the census is with the refernces, eg class, piece, folio and page number, (including book no for 1841).
Can someone explain the miltary cert for me please. Would this mean that you could get 2 birth certs. one from the miltary and one from the usual place?
