My 3xgreat grandmother Jane Clift died on the 7th June 1926 at Birds Farm, Boreham, Essex. Her son registered the death.

Her great granddaughter was born on the 27th April 1926 20 miles away at Post Office Cottages, barling, Essex. Her birth was registered on the 7th June 1926.

So when her birth was being registered her great gran died that day, and her death was registered on the 7th June 1926, the day she died.

My 3rd child was born the day my his ggrandmother (my nan) was being buried, he was due the day she died.

I cannot remember if the mother or father registered the birth. I think the father. The mother's gran living 20 miles away died that very day and her death registered that day.

My DAD died 1/12/59 my wife Jude was born 1/12/59 as steve said one goes home as one comes in.
