Janet also arrived because she is still alive when daughter Jessie died:

Jean died in 1900 so Margaret is the only one not accounted for in NSW so perhaps the whole family arrived between 1851 and 1861. If not together then Robert arrived first and the others followed perhaps after 1861, even after 1871 for some of them.

The passenger list isnt real clear but it appears James was a weaver and they are from Paisley, Renfrew.
Im confused tho cause young Thomas isnt on the actual list If he died on voyage he obviously was on the ship

Ages are a bit up and down but that has to be the family.

That is curious. Thomas is not on the image with the family.

Thomas is shown as age 1 not I = Infant so I'd better look for a birth in Scotland.

Yeah that confused me, Thomas been on the index but not on the actual list. I did check on the off chance they registered his death when they arrived here but i couldnt see a death index that fitted.

Yeah i checked the last page as well and nothing. Maybe a missing page or lousy book keeping Cant leave the poor little fella off the tree if he existed so i'll keep digging around and see if we cant confirm him.

Thomas REID born or baptised 2 Jan 1853 Greenock East, Renfrew - father = James & mother = Helen

It's not Paisley and different mother so perhaps he was not born in Scotland.
