The Argus (Melbourne, Vic. : 1848 - 1956) - Tuesday 5 September 1899 p.1
LITTLE.-On the 12th August, 1899, Richard Little, tailor, of Swanston-street, Melbourne, and St. James's Park, Hawthorn, aged 76 years.

I ruled out the Richard who died in 1903 in Victoria but perhaps I was hasty.

Father's Name: Thos Little
Mother's Name: Kleen Delsa Gilligan

I'm trying to prove one or neither of those is the right death for Richard.
