There were 3 John Richards who died in Helston 1851. May Aug Nov
I guess May might be pre -census I don't know the date of that

so more than one RR born in Breage within a few years. May not ever sort this out. Its as easy as my other wall.. Denis Driscoll, came to Australia on the Jupiter..which made 2 trips, no passenger listings I can find. He was probably from Cork, which has many many Denis Driscoll's.

The one you found in 1851 is not the son of Joanna as he can be found in 1851.

I doubt we will find the right RR in 1841 and 1851.

Cornish miner kids appear to have been travelling to Australia without obvious family at age 13 and 14. Perhaps they were deemed to be adult at that age. I have seen a few during my searching. I saw one candidate with correct age who was sentenced at Bodmin for Housebreaking and transported to WA about 1852. But I followed him up and he died in WA a year or so after arriving. I guess i will just keep on ruling out whichever arrivals I can.

Got Elizabeth Grace Richards birth Cert, born 8 Apr 1864 at Mitchells Creek, Roxborough (that would be Sunny Corner on today's maps) to Richard and Charlotte, no new info
