Anything particular on Richard your looking for, or you dont know yet?

I don't know what other convict records or NSW Muster records might be available.

The connection is daughter Elizabeth:

I, Wm. Lamrock do hereby declare that I am a Member or hold Communion with the Presbyterian Church [signed]
I,
I, Mathew Adam of The Windsor, Minister of The Scots Church, do hereby certify that William Lamrock, Bachelor of Curryjong and Elizabeth Skulthorp, Spinster, of Lemon Forest, Curryjong, were joined together in Wedlock by me on the Tenth April 1850 at Lemon Forest, in the presence of Richard Skulthorp Jr. of Curryjong, John Lamrock of Curryjong and Jane Ezzey of Curryjong.
Parties signed. [signed] Mathew Adam Presbyterian Minister

On 2nd Aug 1828, John Ezzey was appointed to be District Constable at North Richmond, [being appointed from the Windsor Branch to the District of North Richmond NSW] his predecessor being Richard Skuthorp, a convict who had arrived on the 'General Hewitt' and whose eldest son, Richard Skuthorp, the younger, was later to marry John's eldest daughter, Elizabeth...

If Richard's parents were William = Frances, this looks promising..
