Daughter Helen McLuckie
Married Alexander Waugh on 1 Jun 1866 in Rutherglen
I cannot locate them in 1871 either but based on their children's births from Family Search, they were living in Stirlingshire from at least 1869.
The family are in Slammanan at 1881.
This family emigrated to the US where younger children David and Archie Campbell Waugh were born in Indiana 1888 and 1889.

Jane was born Old Monkland/Coatbridge, Lanark.

1851 has Robert born Barony, Lanark. But his pob is different in every census. His age in census goes from 29 in steps of 10 so 79 in 1891.

Not seeing them in the E/R either yet, unless he was an engineer in the early 1870's

Unless the name is very poorly transcribed in the E/R, Census and PO directory they don't appear to be Glasgow/Lanarkshire. Even SP has nothing close for age for Robert

Son Alexander was a coal mine manager who would have been in Ireland in 1871. Alexander died there in 1883.
