Death 1882 Robert MALCOLM age 47 Calderhead, Lanark

I'd like a look up for Robert in 1881 please.

That has ruled that death out provided it's not an error and he was actually born in Lanark.
I'll see if I can find the daughter's birth records.

I can't see a birth that fits in Paisley for Robert.

Please see if you can find Robert in 1871. Thanks. Robert should be single.

Hi Dave,

That Robert Malcolm appears in 1871 place of birth Paisley age 15?

There isnt any other Robert Malcolms showing who was born in Lanarkshire.

Thanks for looking.

It looks very much as though my Robert died before 1871 or even before 1861 if the blacksmith is a different one.

I have 2xRobert, 2xWilliam, 2xJames, 2xJohn, 2xArchibald, 2xMary, 2xMargaret & 2xJanet.

The various branches of the family kept the same set of names repeating and repeating.
