OBITUARY
After two years illness Andrew Alexander Menzies died at the Sacred Heart Hospital on Sunday evening. A native of Clunes (V.), he was 73 years of age and is survived by a widow, five sons and one daughter. The children are Cecil and Leslie (Ganmain), Rupert (Cronulla), Thelma and Alexander (Yerong Creek ) and Erie (Wirrimah). For 28 years Mr. Menzies was farming at Brundah until his retirement about two years ago, when he took up residence at Yerong. A week ago he ' visited his son Eric at Wirriniah, but, becoming ill, was conveyed to the Sacred Heart Hospital, where he lingered for several days. There are 12 grandchildren, as well as a sister, Mrs. Dixon (New Zealand). The funeral on Tuesday' afternoon was preceded by a service at the Presbyterian Church by Rev. Eastman.
