Yes, but remarriage is not 1867 - 1870 but a McNeilly son baptised 1843 parents Thomas & Margaret

Why Queensland papers? = marriage of a daughter of Thomas McNeilly

THE FRIENDS of Messrs. GEORGE and ALEX-
ANDER MCNEILLY are invited to attend the
Funeral of their late beloved MOTHER, Margaret Smaills ;

Mother not mother in law.

George bap 1843.

Ok. it is solved. 2x Margaret.

The 1847 burial is correct - it even by rare luck has maiden name Williamson.

224/1851 V1851224 80 SMEALLS ROBERT- MC NEILLY MARGARET - QC

The curious bit is the death notice ref to her first husband.

The Margaret in the inquest is the widow of Thomas McNeilly.
