The late Mr. Webb's only
brother (Thomas) resides at "Keir-
ston," near Tarana, and also, a sister,
Mrs. Austin, at "The Crown," Tarana.
We regret to say that Mr. Thomas
Webb, who is over 80 years of age, is at
present in a critical state of health.

A brother ?

NSW Bap WEBB THOMAS S 929/1851 V1851929 56 WILLIAM - ANN

Another error in the index with an initial.

NSW Death 17193/1917 WEBB THOMAS B - WILLIAM - ANN - OBERON

1 for Oct 1850 – Goulburn – about 70 yrs age
https://trove.nla.gov.au/newspaper/article/101730913?searchTerm=william webb

1852 Findagrave
William Webb b 1806 Bodmin Cornwall died March 1852 – buried Bathurst Cemetery – Spouse Ann Webb
Children: Robert, Richard Mutton, & William Webb
Notes:
Emigrated to New South Wales, arriving in Sydney on 20 in Feb 1840.
Buried 4 March 1852, aged 45, Farmer, of Fish River - the burial entered in the Bathurst Circuit Wesleyan Register of Samuel WILKINSON, although the actual interment location is not recorded (said to have been in the Old Cemetery, West Bathurst in one on-line family tree).
Research Staff at the Bathurst Historical society advise that the publication "Bathurst Pioneers" notes that in 1852 William WEBB was accidentally killed, presumably in a horse accident, apparently delivering produce to Bathurst. He was buried in the old cemetery at Bathurst.

Parents William Webb (1774-1853) & Alice Hatherly (1773-1848) – they married 6 Oct 1796 St Marwenna Church, Phillimore’s Transcripts.
