No marriage in Oxfordshire, nor Towersey.
Joseph Williams was apparently born c1801, in Bledlow, Bucks.
Sally King was baptised in Towersey, 30 Sept 1803.to Thomas King & Jane(nee.Brown).
Possible parents for Joseph, maybe John Williams & Sarah Tapping, married in Bledlow, in 1792, and had children baptised there, (of Towersey).
There is also a 1792.marriage @ Bledlow, of a Thomas Williams(of ilmer, Bucks,) to a Hannah Winter(of Bledlow), No baptisms in Bledlow, to Thomas & Hannah.
