Im beginning to think by going with the newspaper articles that Samuel learnt Photography from Horace and also worked for him until Horace left the country.
Hi all
This article is referring to William Duesbury, an architect/draftsman/artist.
He arrived in Aus 1863. He's a British relative to my Samuel D. :)

No prob. We are a confusing lot. 3 different lines, of the same English Duesbury family origin, came out to Australia. :eek:

The 2 drawings are from Ipswich newspapers.
