No sign of the family at all in 1861 and no death for Sarah in Devon. Did the family emigrate after Richard's death in 1859?

I can't find a baptism for Sarah E M Slee to find her middle names.

Probate record for Richard Slee late of Great Torrington in the County of Devon died 1st May 1859 mentions a son John Slee Cordwainer

Possible death for Sarah Slee 1865 Torrington Devon Jan-Mar

Transcribed as Sarah Hee on the 1861 census same address as 1851 New Street Torrington Devon

If 1865 is correct age has gone down.

Sarah Ellen Slee married Thomas Leyland in Manchester. According to the Censuses she was born in Cheshire.
