Thanks Geoff.

I went to the library today to look up a few marriages and a few burials and had no luck trying to save the files to my thumb drive. They updated the OS from XP to Win 7 last week and that forced an update to the scanning software. Looks as though I was the first user since the update to try and save an image. The usual drop-down menu with file types was missing as was the list of paths to save to.
