yes thats correct i know his father was john but cannot get any further i dont know who his mother was.have being trying for years to find more on him and his parents he was my gt grandfather.

Have you looked into the witnesses Francis and Sophia Lee? A Francis Lea married a Sophia Rogers 10 Nov 1844 Birmingham, a John Francis is named as Francis father. Note the different spelling of surname.
