Seeking surname

I have 1861 Census, showing Isaac Jacobs age 30 Tailor living with his wife Esther age 26 at 9 Hutchinson AVE, St Boltolph without. Both born Poland.
How would I find the maiden name of Esther & where else in London they lived. Can anyone tell me where Hutchinson Ave, St Boltolph was?

The birth cert for one of the children should gives mothers maiden name. Obviously of the Jewish faith, when you look at their neighbors.

Looking at the names of the children with them.........I'm guessing it's Symons or Simons.

Look through the 1881 &1891 census.
