Hi

It is nice when some post 1837 marriages are entered in parish records and you find a death date from a newspaper item or will or birth date from a family bible or something but it is always nice to send off for the cert to fill the gaps.

James Edgington and Thirza Snell wed on 20 July 1878 at St Peter Le Bailey, Oxford City. They are my great, great grandparents. I got the info from a London record office which has St Peter Le Bailey parish records up to the 1900s but I shall send off for the cert to complete the picture.

Ben
