Simple Noob question

Hi all,

recently came accorss a grant of arms in the family name and then a description of a crest on a tomb in a Norfolk chruch with the family name on it. The description is detailed (but in heraldic jargon) and I'm wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of an "expert" who could knock up a sketch of what the arms might look like.

Anyone got any links or contacts who might be able to offer some advice ?
