The Brisbane Courier (Qld. : 1864 - 1933) - Monday 19 September 1864 p.2
MARRIED
SLAUGHTER - COSTIN.-On the 15th September, by the Rev. T. Beaizly, William, third son Alfred Slaughter, senr., Esq., to Sarah Kate, fourth daughter of the late Mr. Thomas Costin, senr.

Trying to find if Beaizly is the correct spelling and what religion.

The name appears in TROVE tags but that's no proof the spelling is correct. I keep getting the alternative Beazley.

Thanks,

Dave

Died on 21st according to Qld. BMD but it's not on BCC site. So an error in BMD or an error reading the headstone inscription.

Toowong Cemetery Monumental Inscriptions
Name: William Slaughter
Title:
Birth Date:
Death Date: 22 Jan 1866 ?
Age: 26 years
Comments: Fourth son

This one might also be Wesleyan:

The Brisbane Courier – Monday 16 September 1867 p.2
Marriage
SLAUGHTER - GRANT.-On the 12th September at Toowoomba, by the Rev. J. W. Brown, Thomas Slaughter, of Brisbane, and formerly of Charing, in Kent, to Maria Grant, formerly of Hastings, in Sussex, England.

Don't know if GRANT is Maria's maiden name or if it might be GOLDING.

Marriage 1867/C0139 Slaughter Thomas - Golding Mary Grant

According to death reg it should be GRANT:

Death 17 Sep 1884/C04534 Slaughter Maria - - Grant ** born England aged 55 years
