Can anyone find this fella.

Solomon Claydon/Clayden. c.1811. Buckinghamshire.

Married Mary Grange in 1828. Princes Risborough.

All baptisms for Children sorted.

No sign of wifes death in the PR's for Princes Risborough or Lacey Green(Loosley Row).
No sign of his death/burial either.

Vague entry for sheep stealing. Aquitted.

1841 Census. Living Princes Risborough, Bucks.

Living at Loosley Row.

Yep...that'll do for the kids Dave.

Sophia married Daniel Ginger in 1852. Lacey Green. She's sorted.

Her brother Joseph is more difficult to track down. As there are two other Joseph Claydens/Claydons. One from Longwick, Princes Risborough, and another from Askett, Monks Risborough.

I think Jesse ends up in Farnham Royal in 1851 as a servant to John Mason.

Still no sign of Solomon though.

As Jesse appears to have gone to Farnham Royal, Bucks. (Eton, reg district).

Found a possible marriage in 1854 Eton District, to Sophia Edgson.

BUT......also found a possible death in 1859 Eton district for Jesse.

Still no Solomon.

Hello Steve,

Looking just in Bucks for all CLAYDON / CLAYTON I didn't see any given names that were anything like Solomon or Johnson or similar.

Looking at all with given name Solomon I found only this one and the image seems to be CAUDLE:

Could Solomon have moved from the area at any time. I dont know if Bucks is anywhere near Cheshire but i found this death. Let me know if im way off track with it.

It was one of four communal earth toilets in small cubicles across the end of a cul-de-sac with terrace houses both sides; and you thought you had it rough!!
