Ship sailed 2 Aug 1850, if I read it right.(The date is next to the ships name.).

He doesn't seem to return to home. His wife, Charlotte is married in 1851, but widowed in 1861. Their last child born was in 1847.

There's a Soloman Parslow death 1889 Molong NSW. Father Joseph T,Mother Ann.That is the only other one on FMP that i'm finding.

No world passenger with that name on FMP

There is a marriage in Ludgershall 1844 for a Soloman Parslow father Joseph, marrying Mary Griffin,father Ralph Griffin.

Says wife is Charlotte so got the right fella.

Yes, most of the children were baptised after year of birth, in fact all of them were, Ellie, from what I recall.
