Thanks, I had not seen that one.

I have 9 of the 13 children in my tree.

That's 9 who came with their parents on 'Abbey Holme' arriving Qld. 13 Sep 1871.

She didn't run off with Fred.

No trace can be found.

Thanks. I'm a bit confused now. Actually, more confused.

Mary LOVELAND arrives single and marries a CURRELL / CURRALL then has several children with Henry SOLOMON before they finally marry in 1863.

Where is her 1st marriage?

Where is the birth of Sarah SOLOMON?

There appear to be births in Qld. listing no father but mother as Mary LOVELAND.

Those early NSW births could be Moreton Bay although sometimes it says so.


This should then be the Sophia who married Arthur given age at death gives a birth around 1847.

I would therefore suggest we won't find her 'first' marriage. Just a bit curious she is sometimes listed as such in some reg:

No luck finding Sophia. Found her parents marriage notice.
