"Stacey family" quest.

#1
I am looking for any info, marriages, births and deaths on a Richard Stacey and his sister Martha Grist nee Stacey (may also be spelt Stacy).
Below is taken from Richard's will. He died 21 Jan. 1860.

RICHARD STACEY, formerly of Eastbourne, and late of Selsey, in the county of Sussex, yeoman, by
his will, dated the 29th day of December, 1843, and proved by William Stubington, of Selsey, near Chichester, the
surviving Executor, in the District Registry of the Court of Probate, at Chichester, on the 27th day of July, 1860,
bequeathed one-fifth share in his residual estate in trust for the Children of his deceased Sister, Martha Grist,
including her reputed Daughter Harriet,
And whereas, it is supposed that Martha Grist had two legitimate children, viz., Elizabeth, who died unmarried many
years ago, and Thomas, who went to sea.

Info on who Martha's marriage (Grist), and the two legitimate children. Also if at all possible parents of Richard and Martha.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Regards
Martin
