I also can't find Mary's marriage in Scotland, England, Qld., NSW or Vic.

Mary appears in E/R from 1930 to 1963 as ARNOTT, so no sign of 2nd marriage.

Elizabeth should be Catherine born 21 June 1870.

Pity the NSW Electoral Rolls Index only starts at 1930.

Could be Jane/Jean/Janet or J. on shipping record.

Two things I know. She didn't marry and middle name = Hoggan.
