Hi
hope someone can help l have searched lots of web sites trying to identify which regiment my Grandfather was in, unfortunately not much to go on, but l have found and impression of Prince Albert on one of the buttons of his uniform he would have been in the Army between 1920/1930 his collar badges look very similar to the ones belonging to the Honourable Artillery Company. Only other information is that he served in india.
thanks

Hello

I know it's been a long time since your initial post, and you might have found what you were looking for.

But take a look this site

http://www.btinternet.com/~ian.a.paterson/orgartillery.htm

I'm almost sure your grandfather was in the Royal Horse Artillery Regiment
if you scroll down the site and see the two badges. The one on the right is the flying grenade badge and it's worn on the collar and I think it would be a match to the photograph you posted.

Regards - Ron
