Sussannah Jane Smith 1866. Monks Risborough, Bucks.

Hi all.

Another mystery, and I may have asked before..

Can anyone find this lady in the 1911 census.

Baptised in 1868, Monks Risborough, to Henry & Mary(nee. Whyat) Smith. Her birth was registered as Susannah Smith 1866. mmn of Wyatt. Wycombe. R.D.

Married James Henry Bryant, 2 July 1887, @ High Wycombe Registry Office.

1871/1981 used her second christian name of Jane. 1891 used Susan J Bryant, 1901, used Jane Bryant.

Husband James Bryant b1864. West Wycombe, Bucks, is married and alone in the 1911 census. in High Wycombe. He dies in 1934.

Possible death for Jane Bryant in 1952. Wycombe reg district. aged 87.

Possible sighting in 1939. b.1868. Amersham R.D. Horace S Leith + 4, at the same address.

Her p.o.b varies from Monks Risborough, Princes Risborough, Green Aley(Green Hailey) & Hughenden.

Can't find a thing. I've tried Bryant plus variations, Susan, Susanna, Jane, Susan Jane, Susanna Jane and just initials. I even tried Smith in case she had reverted to her maiden name but not a dickey bird. She obviously didn't want to be found.

Gilbert Thomas Bryant 1891. Downley, Bucks. (West Wycombe). Dies 1962 Amersham District. 1939 register in High Wycombe MB. + May L Bryant + 2, plus 1 closed. Joined the Army c1910.

Maud Mary Bryant b1888, Downley, Bucks. - d.1899.

Nora Annie Bryant b1893. Wycombe, Bucks. Not found after 1911.

Dob for Nora is 8th Mar 1893 - does this fit?

Name place and y.o.b of Nora is all I have to go on MLT.

I've just looked on FS, and there appears to be another marriage for Robert P Weir, 1913 Alverstoke, Hamps, to a Elsie M Wilkinson.

What is Robert P Weir's occupation in Brize Norton.

I can't see any Census returns in FS for him, Except one for Toxteth, Lancs, but that doesn't seem to pan out.??

No access to Ancestree for searching, subs need renewing.

Possibly. But I don't think they had any issue by the looks it, so unless you know more, I think Nora is done.
