I have an issue with Thomas Amor his baptism is not online, but the original says 27/11/1774 All Saints West Ham. This is his marriage:

Name: Thos Amor
Spouse: Sarah Blagdon
Record Type: Marriage
Event Date: 8 Jul 1798
Parish: St Dunstan and All Saints, Stepney
Borough: Tower Hamlets
Register Type: Parish Register

I thought he was a carpenter like his brother John, but I'm not sure now. I have this death:

Name: Thomas Amor
Record Type: Burial
Age: 61
Estimated birth year: abt 1777
Death Date: abt 1838
Burial Date: 11 Nov 1838
Burial Place: St John, Hackney, England
Parish or Poor Law Union: St John, Hackney
Borough: Hackney
Register Type: Parish Register

And a Sarah Amor was buried there in 1842. I then found a Probate record:

Name: Thomas Amour
Probate Date: 19 Nov 1813
Parish: Middlesex

On the probate record, his wife is recorded as Sarah, and he had been in the army.
I'm also looking at other Amors in the area, and a Thomas Amor b 1776 father William was a butcher like his father, not sure if he married a Sarah at any time.

Bit confused, any help with this would be welcome

Amanda
