The great Pavlova debate

Named after the russian opera singer Anna Pavlova this dish has always been thought of as a typical australian dish! Now it turns out our inventive cousins across the Tasman Sea have proof that in actual fact the famous dessert was a New Zealand based recipe developed in 1926!!
Once again our Kiwi nieghbours are one up on us, but we must thank them for this decadent sweet dish!
