The importance of Conversation

Just thought that I would say of my experience this weekend.
We visited my 90 year old mother in law in the care home that she is now in. I started thenversation with ' Who were your witnesses to your wedding,( I already knew as I had her marriage certficate), she immediately came up with the 2 names, one being her sister, & the other a name we did not recognise. When I asked who he was she said' Oh that was a cousin of my husband'. and then the conversation flowed, with me busy jotting down names, all of which I have now got to look up.

So, as is always said talk to the older members of the family now, it's amazing what you find out.
