Third time lucky?

HI. This is the third time of trying to post an introduction, hopefully I will get it right this time. I am researching the following family names Clayton(London?), Cobley(South Molton, Middlesex & Essex), Harvey (Essex), Walford(Essex), Summers(Barnstaple). My family have past links with the Salvation Army and Wesleyan Methodists on the Summers/Cobley side. I will happily assist anyone else where and when I can. I am back at various stages of the early 1800s with most of them but have obvious gaps to fill and confirm. I will add request once I have mastered this.

Hi Steve.
Trying to tie up a few loose ends where I can before I post a request for help. There are times when having ancestors with what turns out to be a common surname and first name seems to lead to all the wrong places.
