Thomas ANGEL, senior b. 1820 Paisley, Renfrew - not yet found anywhere in 1851.

Thomas ended up in England where he married a Mary CLEMENT.

From Cheshire BMD site Thomas ANGEL married Mary CLEMENTS in 1843 (Stockport), it also states a civil marriage. In FreeBMD Choose Cheshire:

So two questions:

Where and when was Hannah born?

The fact that Hannah is not there would suggest she was born after the 1851 census.

Where was Thomas senior in 1851?

His spouse and their two children where living with his brother Samuel and his family in Paisley.
