Is there any more to be known about Hannah b. 1851.. Mary could be lying in hospital at the census time... We know where Thomas Sr. is, but also not Thomas Jr. :rolleyes:

I always thought Hannah was 1851 - 1851 not 3 years old.

I should have but I can't find the ticket image for Stephen or Thomas.

Must be another image of some sort then Geoff.

His Seaman's Ticket says that he sailed on Clydeside registered vessels and gives the name of one vessel registered in Greenock. Unfortunately it is very difficult to read, Begins with Dex, Des, Der Deo ? The reason I know he sailed on Clydeside ships is by interpreting the port numbers.The other letters are the ships port rotation number.
